Hi civic-EG. Does our fuel tank have a reserve? And if it does, how many liters or gallons does the reserve hold?

The US civics do not. However I can speak from experience than when the gas gauge needle says empty, there's still some fuel in the tank because I've driven to the gas station when it says i had no gas. I don't recommend it though.

Yup, because debris which settles at the bottom might get sucked in the fuel line.

How much do you think is left in the tank?

I'm not sure... maybe a gallon? Best way to tell for sure is next time your fuel gauge reads empty, top off the tank with fuel and then subtract that amount from the gallon size of your tank.
