I eliminated mine, but I don't think I got any pics of the steering rack after I looped the lines. [smilie=BangHead.gif]

Really, it's all about ripping everything out. Remove your PS pump, Bracket, lines, tank, etc.

Then on civics there are 3 fluid lines on the rack. All are on the driver side. The center line I ran a short tube and put a breather on the end of it.
The holes on the left and right of that center hole, I ran a line and looped them together.

You don't want to just leave the holes open or dirt will get in your steering rack, wear it out, and your steering will become sloppy.

Some people say that the rack only needs a tiny amount of fluid left in it to lubricate it.
Some people say that the rack should be full of fluid at all times.
For those people, there is this setup (shown on a integra R, a little different rack than EG's)

Instead of a breather at the end of the line, they attached a small tank. The tank is then barely filled with fluid. just enough to be sure the rack is full, the extra empty volume in the tank is used when the fluid level goes up and down when the wheel is turned.

people perfer one method or the other

Here's anpther pic of the second method:
