MAP Sensors

I was lookin at a few map sensors.
Does a VTEC and Non VTEC obd1 map sensor differ in anyway?.

No. In fact, MAP sensors don't change very often. You can use just about any MAP sensor from a 88-00 Civic, 92-01 Integra, even most Accords and other models provided that the vacuum line is connected properly.
Did you know the stock MAP sensor will read all the way up to 10psi? Crazy.
92 and 93 non VTEC SOHC had firewall mounted MAP sensors while the VTEC's and 94+ all have them mounted directly to the throttle body.

Damn i didnt know them held up to 10psi. it's new to me! Great so i will go and find a MAP sensor more freely now.

Now i have another question. about speed sensors. If they are malfunctioning, aside from your speedo not marking the proper speed. would it mess with your rev limit at all??
