k i pulled my spark plugs out my d16z6 today cause when the car gets hot its start boggin out and has no power and what not. well the bottom of them (part going into the head) is bright red i have no clue what this means?

The red coating is a result of the additives in lower-quality unleaded fuel and will be visible on the plug's ceramic insulation. The red coating is not an indication of any engine problems. Using an octane booster could cause the color as well.

awwww shitttt man! i dumped a thing of octane boost in my tank when i installed my supercharger cause it said only use 92octane and i had shitty 87 regular gas in it....

do you think that could be causing the bogging out and what not??

I would drain that 87 for sure

there's a drain plug on the back left corner of the tank

cool thanks for the help, im defiantly draining the old gas especially now that i know its a problem, cause i just installed one stage colder plugs from ngk and dont wanna fire it with this old gas.
