have 440 rc injectors right now on a b16a with a all skunk2 head(stage 1 pro series cams) have hondata s300. going turbo soon but is there a smaller injector size that i can run with out starving the engine under a heavy load during boost. planing on boosting around 6-10 psi. these 440s i got a good deal on but they have to warm up for like four minutes every time i have a cold start. and at really low rpms 1000-1700 i get a pulse effect in my acceleration

what kind of 440cc do you have saturated or non sat?

Its just a matter of a tune of the duty cycle to make the idle properly. Under partial throttle you probably need a tune to work out the studdering. Check your cap, rotor, wires and plugs and see if they have worn down. Those usually are the culprit of ugly studdering.

I am running 550cc injectors and running quite fine on idle. It idles like it is stock! :thumb:

http://tunertoys.zoovy.com/ sells 550 for pretty cheap. plug n play into obd1 hondas.

car feels fine.

saturated injectors do not require a resistor box, while unsaturated do. Where did you order 440cc? Saturated injectors are available to around 750cc max while unsaturated can go up to 1000+

Do you have a better fuel pump yet? I would reccomend an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a gauge and a walbro 255lph fuel pump. This is minimal if you are planning to boost. It will help prevent starving and you can milk your 440cc injectors for more power by increasing the fuel pressure.
