i got a honda civic hatchback 1.6 esi vtec
and my setup is only a 4.2.1 header and cai
my car is not going faster than 210km
wanna know what is the topspeed of a esi vtec standard

What mani is that?

I've taken my ESI to 135MPH, but my set up is N/A. If you turbo it you can get alot more out of it.

I used to have a D15B7 in the car, stock it ran 195, with header/decat/catback and an airbox it ran 215.
Now, with my B16A2 the top speed is 240 on the dial.

All depends on the mods, but expect a stock EG5 to run about 200-205 (top speed is determined by torque rather than horsepower, and off course the tranny).

If you still have a stock cat and exhaust you can gain a lot of exhaust gas flow by changing it to any stainless steel catback and decat, and you'll notice right away that your engine will thank you ;)

And dude, you nééd to have your engine bay cleaned and even more; get your valve cover painted
