I have a 94 LX with a D15B7 when I start it cold it hunts and surges untill it warms up and then its fine. I've been told cleaning the IAC thingy might help but I'm not sure what to use. I'm having some clearance isues with the Skunk 2 Intake Manifold bashing into what looks like the brake proportioning gizmo. So I'm a little worried that the bashing is what is causing the idle isue and want to resolve it before I replace the IAC (valve/Motor) Is their a good thread on how to clean the thing or how to make sure its properly adjusted? Any Help would be geatly apprecated! I'm making a seperate thread for the Clearance issues.

Just unbolt it, remove the 2 coolant lines going to it, take the lil gasket off it, then spray it throughly with carb cleaner. :thumb:

Cool I didn't even know I had one, that helps out lots. Hopefully I can clean it out tomorrow, and fix that issue. I just got a new job and two of my new co-workers have STI's and I want to make sure my H is representin'. Thanks.
