hey im trying to install my AC belt and im wondering what the metal thing inbetween the pulleys is. it seems i have to get the belt over it?
im confused. any help would be greatly appreciated

tensioner

does the belt go around the tensioner? could you explain how i put it on? im kind of extreme noob at this.
