how did the car run before? What did you replace when you fixed the car?
What gear and how high of rpms was your car at when it died while driving?

before i replaced everything like shit. once i finished it ran great for like two days and once i replaced the throttlebody gasket it runs better but when i let the car idle it dies. i replaced ignition wires, spark plugs, distributor, fuel filter, IM gasket, pcv vavle, fuel injectors, and i already cleaned the iacv too. it first died when i was coming to a stop at a stop sign.

Check all your ground wires. Especially the one on your distributor.

Base ignition timing and set the IACV according to the procedure in the manual.

check your idle speed control screw. It might be too far in and not letting in enough air when the throttle is closed to keep the engine running.
