hey guys need some help here...my eg has been running strong but one problem that bugs me is the idle...when cold its at normal 700-800 rpm..
when warm it stays at about 1300-1500 rpm....i tighten up the IAC, vaccum lines, adjust the control on TP and still idles high....any is 'preciated thanx

Did the engine always do this? Or did it recently started doing it?

You didn't mention that you checked your throttle cable.
You should check that out. Its probably a lil tight.

its been doing it since i change ecu....i was using p28 than and was fine until recently i swap it to p30.....throttle cable seems fine what else do i look for or could the ecu be part of the problem...

You might want to put back the p28 see what happens.
If it stops then the ecu was bad but doubt it. If that wasn't the case then you might want to check your throttle body or intake many. Gasket might have gone bad in one of them and its leaking since you said you checked all your vaccums you said they're fine.

Those are the only things I can really think of right now.

i will give the throttle cable and gasket a check to be sure. one more thing the throttle body i had on there were from a d series. i didnt have one for b intake mani than so i used the d and with the p28 being replace could it be that they're not compatible?
