I some what have this issue, but mine doesnt go low in RPM's it goes higher, from 800 to 1500 just constant revs every second or so when I am stopped, I took my intake off and checked the throttle body, cleaned it out and it ran better, but now its doing it again, on top of that my speed-o stops working every now and then and my low-beams will shut off at random too haha... my car is haunted  anyways it doesnt throw CEL at me for what ever reason, just the SRS light is on :?

Without codes I'm not sure if I should just start with relays or sensors or just the gauge cluster in general (if its fried maybe this is a good reason to buy the JDM white faces  )

My car doesnt post any codes. No check engine light at all. When its warming up it runs great. After its warmed up it has the idle problem when its stopped and setting there at idle. But when i push gas pedal it goes away, then when i stop it falls on its face again. Changed filter on firewall and in tank. Brand new Fuel rely Did compression check everything i could think of.I really would love to fix this.

You could try and clean your IACV and what kind of motor do u have?? Cause if u have a z6 u could also check the Fast Idle Thermo Valve. There is a plate on the side of the FITV that u can take off and check and see if the screw thats in there is loose. Just try narrowing down vaccum lines, tps. Hopefully some of this helps. :)
