Civic EG

hey everybody i just swapped a 00 civic B16A2 into my eg coupe. i want to go turbo(for better overall performance) but i want to know how much boost i can run. im doing as much research as i can and i definatley dont want to blow my motor.... currently i have a Skunk2 Pro-series intake manifold, AEM v2 cai, DC sports headers, and an HKS hi-power exhaust system.... any info would be greatly appreciated

on stock b16 pistons? safely i would say 10lbs. my boy had a b16 all stock on boost and made 214 hp to the wheels. he went up to 15 lbs and cracked the ring lands on 3 pistons while tuning on the dyno.
