#205260 So im not sure if everyone has this but i have 4 holes in my front bumper for the license plate, and if anyone else have and covered them to make the bumper smooth or what ever was done how did you get the threaded things out, because im not even using it for my license plate and there rather annoying and noticeable and if i can find out how to get the threaded things out ill try and melt the little bump and fill in the holes and make it smooth etc, sorry for sounding odd i dont know how to ask what im asking ill post a pic tomorrow. :?

#205267 I bought a little repair kit from O'reilly and it worked really well. Just grind down the threaded parts, sand down the area lower, put the patch over the whole and spread the epoxy around. After that I sprayed it over with filler primer.

#205268 Yes, that is the placement for the license plate. And there is a plastic cap from the dealer which you can purchase. But it won't be smooth as the cap will raise it a little once capped off.

#205271 scotch brite pad on a pneumatic drill took care of it. filled with bondo

haven't gone through a winter with it yet tho..

Lmao the shop we work at we call them welds but yeah ill try and use the grinder to get down the threads and weld the holes shut and if theres spaces ill use fiber glass, and i hope you people who use fiberglass and bondo have fiberglass base then bondo and glaze on top of that then use a high build surface primer or w.e xD
