- Sun Jul 25, 2010 3:47 pm #206198 Disconnect the plug connector, use two wrenches to break the lock nut loose, unscrew the switch by hand. Screw the new switch in, adjust it so that the stopper on the pedal pushes it about half way in, tighten the lock nut, plug it in.

About as easy as putting gas in the car.
