So my car has been acting up for some time with a rough idle and intermittent loss of acceleration(spittin' and sputterin'), so I checked for any CEL codes and it threw a fuel system code.
Some friends and I have been tinkering around with it for a while and did some adjustments here and there and got it running a little better but yesterday I decided to take off the fuel regulator on the left/incoming side of the fuel rail and give it a good cleaning, I figured I'd take off the line from the rail to the filter and run some cleaner through that as well. I sprayed cleaner in it and placed it so it could soak a little and when I poured out the cleaner if was florescent green(coolant), all I could do is scratch my head and wonder how the hell coolant got into my fuel
We called another buddy, who's a mechanic and he said the only way coolant would get into my fuel is if somebody put it there or possibly filling with shitty gas. He suggested pouring a couple cans of iso-heet in it and running it almost empty and then filling up at a different gas station and see what happens.
We Know the IAC is pretty shot as well which is causing part of the problem and possibly a weak fuel pump or possibly the sock on the pump could be shot or plugged as well.
What do you guys think? Any insight will be very helpful and appreciated.

Having a sweet mustache is half the battle.
