I can drive with no hood no bumpers trash bags to cover my broken windows and not even have to think about getting pulled over lol. Not that i do but i seen it and HID's wow never would have thought it would even be thought of as illegal. I got HID's on my hatch and bike my TSX comes stock with them.

but its all up to the cop if they wanna pull you over or not
