Civic EG

recently my heater had a mind of its own. i would be driving and it'd work fine then it would just stop blowing , then id hit a bump and it'd start again. now it just doesn't work at all, any suggestions? oh and the back lights on the heater are dimmed but if i hit it the get bright again lol thanks!
