A/C compressor - belt tension adjustment?

Please advise how this is done. I've performed a search...no luck.

1.loosen the tensioner pulley bolt

2.Adjust the bolt up top to tighten the belt (pulley moves upward)

3.Then tighten the tensioner bolt

I've tried to reach it from the top and the bottom...which direction do you advise approaching from?

straight down in between the timing belt cover and the p/s bracket.

use a long extension to get to it. but the circled bolt is the one to adjust.

One last question: Where is the pulley bolt? I see one that's really hard to reach, toward the exhaust side of the engine. Is that it?

the pulley bolt is the bolt that holds the pulley onto the motor.
