Does anyone know the correct way to reset the ecu on my eg?

I have a really high idle about 1000rpm and my CEL is telling me all sensors are the issue ( map,tps, o2, cyp and oxygen heater)

You'll have to redo all your radio presets but just unhook the positive wire from your battery for about 5 or so minutes and you should be good.

You are never supposed to unhook the positive on a battery first. Always ground off first, and ground on last.

Secondly, you could always just pull the fuse for the ECU, 15amp blue fuse in the corner of the fuse box under the hood by the battery. Look at the cover for reference.

Pull the aforementioned ECU Backup fuse and tap the brake pedal/horn/parking lights whatever to get rid of any capacitance.
