I just converted my del sol to five speed. I have the right driver side mount but not the tranny mount. I really dont want to spend alot and buy an auto to manual tranny mount. Does any one know how much to space it, so it will lower the transmission enough to get the other mounts to line up?

Buy the $120 auto->manual mount or:

Go to a salvage yard, drill the mount saddle off the subframe rail of a car with out the motor, drill yours in and reweld it.

That's the only 2 ways to go about it. Autotragic mount saddle sat higher than the manuals

yep what he said and i also notice you live close to me do i possibly know you? lol anyhow garys upullit would definately have a mount to drill out they have about 3-4 5spd civics last time i checked so youll definately have a good amount to choose from.

Though the auto to manual mount will save alot of crap n stuff

Mount is easyer than drilling one out of another car and welding it lol
