Civic EG

I finally got the b-series tranny i needed for my swap! however it was missing the hydraulic unit, the one that bolts on the front of the tranny with two bolts... you know, where u bleed the mo flicka
anyways i pulled the one off of my d series tranny and it looks like it bolts up clean but it doesnt completely disengage the clutch for some reason... i was wondering if they are compatable between d and b or if i got a different problem.

its the slave cylinder you are talkin bout, and from my knowleged a D slave cyl wont work on a B tanny,

maybe the slave cyl is to small, or maybe you didnt torque the pressure plate, that is what dis and engages the clutch, so if warped or torqued wrong it wont disengaged it..

well it almost does but not quite... so looks like im lookin at a new slave cylinder. thank you so much for the timely response!
