Posted: Thu Feb 28, 2013 4:31 ami found that a d series valve cover bolt is ideal for knocking it out, i tried with punchs and everything else i could find...some of the guys might remember me on several occaions complaining about it 
took me about 5 min with the vc bolt and a mini sledge hammer, rubber mallet couldnt get enough force behind lol
