I have heard bad things about Exedy brand Clutches, Therefore I would go with something else then them. Any Name Brand Racing Stage 1 or 2 Clutch should do you just Fine.
I am personally Using an OEM Style Clutch. However I don't do much "Racing" in my Car. I do go Mountain Running every once in a while, I also throw it into the Turns pretty hard all the time. With my Style of Driving an OEM Style Clutch (or one you get at AutoZone, Cut Rate, etc) works just fine. In your case it wouldn't work near as good.

i have an ACT heavy duty pressure plate and an ACT oem replacement disc. iT has held up for along time now. I also run an ACT Flywheel 12lb.
It has held up to 50+ race events and countless street launches/burnouts, mountain running and the daily grind. It also no stiffer than an oem clutch. It's definitely drivable daily..since i do it all the time. I must've put around 45,000 miles on it already in the past 2 years.
