Hey, i just recently realized that this problem occurs at ANY rpm when i shift fast to 2nd. if i shift slow like at any rpm. it doesnt grind and goes in perfectly. is there anything i can do to change this like changing tranny oil and what are some of the good brands out there.. thanks

Don't bang gears.
Give it a moment to synchronize.
Changing oils to something like a GL-4 synchromesh would help the feel and stop some grinding but mechanically it won't do anything except slow the wear on the synchros.

rev-matching when downshifting always helps smoothness. But I agree with Sentry, your moving too fast for the synchros.

try double clutching, it may prevent further damage.
worked for my grinding 3rd until I had time to rebuild.
