in that video i saw one person that just made a right turn... is this illegal in that city or something? yeah he didn't stop fully before going, but he slowed down lol

ya turning right on a red is illegal unless you come to a complete stop and make sure its safe, or its illegal if its a red arrow.. idk if its the same in canada
