who offers insurance for a rebuilt title?

safe auto does, but they are such garbage insurance i don't even want to bother if i can avoid it.

I got just under basic comprehensive from Grange Insurance.

The title on my 99 328I is a "Theft Recovery" and Farm Bureau Insurance insured it with no problems.

rebuilt title, insurance?!
