DX Speedometer Not workin,,,ne ideas y?

It seems that whenever I turn my car on the speedometer does not work at all. All it does is jiggle from number to number, hell , when im goin about 50 it says 120. if anyone has any ideas of anything lemme know

could be one of two thing well three maybe....
1st thing id look at is pull your speed sensor on your trans 10mm bolts the teeth tend to get worn down and so on and it may not dissplay speeds or it may do what yours is doing simple fix find a used one replace....
2nd would be your speedo itself way to test this get a different cluster to just test quickly if it works out to where its doing the same thing and you havent checked the above speedo sensor id do that
or worse case its something to do with the wireing......

mine had the same problem. I ordered a speed ssensor and put it in. It worked for really good for like a day. Now it usuall works after i get passed about 20mph
