Civic EG

i put a boss on my civic from another honda(concerto), i was told it would fit straight on.
it went on very easy, problem is that i cant get the damn thing off, ive tried forcing it off, levering it off nothing.

anybody got any ideas, will a garage have a tool for this sort of thing.
it needs to come off because 1 its not central and 2 it doesnt click off the indicators
