A/C hot/cold slider broken

soo i got the car with the temp slider broken i usually move it with a flat head but im tired of that i was wondering if there was a easy was to remove the faceplate off to change the slider?

You have to remove the whole A/C thing out and replace the slider inside with a new slider, I think there's a diy on this site on taking it out too
