Heater Control Assembly

Hi,
Is it possible to remove the cover of the heater control assembly without having to pull out the whole unit ?
I gave it a try but I didn't want to force it so I'll ask here before removing the whole thing.

I've pulled the whole unit out before and don't see a possible way to pull the face off without having the whole unit out. Someone show me how if I'm mistaken

I need to check heater control cables at dash side, which seems to be disconnected. Could you give me your advice about how to remove the whole dash to fix it ?

I don't think you need to pull out the whole dash to do that.
Removing the center console and the glove-box should do it for the heater cable...
