you are welcome. I just started working on this after finding this website. it's a very fullfilling, long, chalenging, but very rewarding journey.
next for me is an engine swap......excited. have to save up.

trying.
thanks for the words, I think. little harsh, but I can take it.
Just did a mini tune up, wires, plugs, rotor, cap, and pcv valve. took all but 30 minutes.

I used a shop on Arher and Ashland in Chicago. They always have Japanese cars in front and had a fantastic turnaround times.

the engine had a slight hesitation [sometimes] when modestly accelerating, not when at full throttle or moderate throttle. I've read on HT (i think) that it could be the idle control valve. so I hit up youtube and cleaned it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUkCCwqU3eU
take of one sensor wire, 2 12mm bolts, and 2 coolant hoses...very easy.
before - really clogged
used carb cleaner, let dry for about 10 minutes
now clean
car idles better and doesnt have even the slightest hesitation.
now i got this as a steel for $75, ITR rear sway with endlinks and d brackets and bushings. i'll be throwing this on soon.

finally got my great $75 find of a ITR rear sway bar installed. it is 13 degrees outside, had to wear 4 layers, but I got it done. Got dirty and enjoyed every minute of it.
some pictures
old gsr 13mm sway bar on the floor, new sway installed
on the street with a fesh coat of fresh flat black paint.
anybody want to buy a gsr sway with d brackets and end links for cheap?

JDM INTEGRA TYPE R CROSSMEMBER BRACE BAR purchased here for $25.
http://www.jshmotors.com/jdm-integra-type-r-crossmember-brace-bar_p382.php
4 bolts and 10 minutes later.....
love the fact that our EGs have the same underpinnings of DC2s.

Dude. I have a ton of respect for you. You brought this car back when I'm sure most people would have just scrapped it. I've been down that road and it's very frustrating but so rewarding.
I can't wait to see the 100% finished product with this because it's already starting to look amazing.
