Yes it was red at some point but who ever did the paint job did a crappy job so this summer its going to be getting a fresh set of paint.

- Sun Sep 09, 2012 10:21 pm #315322 Hey guys i haven't done much lately but i decided i should really update my build. This summer i did not get much done and i was almost gonna get rid of my hatch. i have now found my love for my car once again.

So early in the summer i made it out to the track to test my car before i put in my turbo (which still has not happened...)

Got some new oem si tails




I got the mounting brackets and grills for rear speakers


and a new door and fender


So alot of my summer when toward my bike which i painted and replaced the mirrors and rear blinkers


I also picked up a GoKart for a project got a summit racing seat and 4 point harness (still have to finish it)


I got a new jack and was bored so i put my rims on my mom's car



Now these next two pictures have a story behind them. Last year a friend and i took a look at a del sol on craigslist and got pulled over because i forgot to turn on my headlights. The officer came up to the window and said "This is the lowest car i have pulled over in a very long time" Turned out the sol had outstanding tickets but he let us go. on the way back we stopped behind a building and took the first photo. About a month ago we returned to the spot with our bikes and took a picture with me in the exact spot where i stood.



Also before i got into the honda scene i had a 1995 Grand Am GT and a 2001 Grand am

- Tue Oct 02, 2012 7:01 pm #317038 im running a Stock b18b1 however i am having a issue were my rev limit is a 5500rpm instead of 7200 so im not even getting peak power out of my motor. That said i did a 15.67 with some crappy tires and could not lower the tire pressure as i had to get home. I am hopeing to get back out for the last street legal drags this month to try for a better time but i have to get my rev limit issue sorted.

I'd put the whole timing cover back on for a street driven car. Little tiny pebbles & dirt can get down in there through that open hole and shorten the life of the timing belt.

I'd put the whole timing cover back on for a street driven car. Little tiny pebbles & dirt can get down in there through that open hole and shorten the life of the timing belt.

I need to find one. Never came with it.

I have since gotten a 1998 Civic EX Coupe as a winter car. I averaged 39mpg when i brought it home.



Also got a new bike but can not ride it till spring....
