Big time bump updates galore just dont have pics since i gotta find my cameras battery recharger........well anyhow.
we can start with the most recent and work are way backwards.....
-Bought my old exhaust back off the kid who traded me for the si i had for 10$ that is everything except the muffer which i have a few im gonna test out before anything happens. But yea exhaust is in pretty decent condition but i am thinking about completely rebuilding it with a little bit bigger piping and of coarse get a header instead of using the restrictive cx manifold. im also thinking about incorporating a inline cat from maybe magnaflow or something.....and rebuilding it using piping from advance and taking it to a weld shop and haveing them weld it up nice and clean
-Well plans have changed drastically as now im going with a mini me set-up instead of a turbo set-up or a bseries set-up i got rid of the zc and the turbos to my friend who originally had them and got back my z6 head and gsr trans with a bad case and a spare ls case.....and i think something else but yea anywho....traded the gsr trans and spare case to another friend for a rebuild z6 trans with everything on it still and shift linkage containing a dual bend honda oem shifter....plus a nice cash incentive lol so lets see i think that leaves me with 1-2-3-4 or so Z6 heads one that might be going as soon as i get pictures.....
-My other friend whom used to have a auto 4dr awhile back i went out and got him a full 5spd swap and lets just say he paid me well and ended up giving it all back to me for free once he sold well traded his 4dr for a 5spd ef hatch....but yea anyhow im also getting another good z6 trans for a decent price with everything on it......so that also leaves me with 1-2-3 Z6 trans lol and only 2 sets of shift linkage that may change lol.....once i get my 1/4" punch.
-So lets see ohhh yea i got rid of the Z6 block i had due to it would of needed a complete rebuild and funds at that time where low sold it for $50 and bought a low miles D15b2 off a guy that pretty much bought his ef hatch drove it home parked it and dropped the motor for a B16a though the motor did show its age in grime lol oil was nice n clean and there isnt much i would of needed to do to drop it into my car. well i ended up going all out since my mom sold her bmw and since i helped i got 300 out of the 3300 she got for it so yea i went all out and got all of the following from partsdinosaur.com (these prices where nice too)
-Waterpump
-timing belt
-headgasket set
-lower gasket set
-oil pump
-brass freeze plugs
-timing belt tensioner
And i did get the stuff needed to throw one of the Z6 heads on it after i clean it up some and port match the intake and exhaust.
So......those parts should be here tuesday april 7th and I will be very happy lol i have to take a picture of the pile of parts im gonna have....
I still have not touched the hatch in awhile however ive been getting stuff for it lol and that transmitions gonna be real nice. though i still have to get other parts for it to make it run correctly so that is priority number one going to the junkyard tomarrow to grab some stuff lol.
So probaly tomarrow im going to do a quick motor swap for a friend of mine into his del sol to replace the shitty one that way i get more scrap metal. and that means more money lol so yea thats the update as of right now enjoy and sorry for the lack of picks i just got done revamping my room and idk where anything is lol....
And im getting things ready to sell lol hurray for stuff i wont need....
