#196971 Today I got some spare time because of getting my new daily.

Just to point out to you all this isn't a walk in the park like you would see swapping OEM doors.

OEM window traced and cut out of lexan. OEM DOES NOT FIT AT ALL. On both sides I needed to cut 2cm extra off.

Image
A small part of the window does not fit right. This is my solusion.
(there is some loose foil hanging no problems)

Image
This is the front. There is no gap for the OEM moulding in the front. I need some solution here....

Image
2 bolts in place underneath the visor. There is no window slider zo I need some solution for the underside aswell

#197529 It's weeeekeeeenndndddd so I worked on the F***ng window again

Drilling holes
Image

Testing because the first fit was an 0,5inch off...
Image

OEM stuff cut up and installed upside down
Image

Because I wanted to keep the OEM look including my visors I need to drill a hole to make a bolt fit
Image

Final testing. Underside is stuck between the outer rubber and the inner dooruphosteryrubber. Topside will be bolted and glued. Because of the visor no one will see. Front and the back side a make a really narrow fit so it will not move
