#306710 You might have to have the flange cut off the cat and re-welded to line up with the header. I had to that once with my cat that didn't line up. Also yes a Donut gasket is what goes in between the cat and header. Hope that helps.

#306730 Get a b series decat pipe this will have the flange in the right alinement.

I would suggest getting a new system as soon as so that your engine expels all exhaust fumes properly.

#306881 It's the size of the exhaust pipe on a D series it's smaller than that of a standard B series though you can use the D exhaust it will never breath as well as if you get a standard B or aftermarket one.
