#263718 ^ stopped out to the shop yesterday to pick up my new shift knob, but they wont have more till monday or tuesday.. i pre-paid for one 8) :lol:


while i was there i asked how well he could do on the comp clutch. he's a dealer and said he could beat anyone. I then told him i wanted the stage 3 kevlar and he told me i was wasting my time. said the stage 4 is better, is completely streetable, plenty of life, and cheaper. so looks like i probably will go the "Ironman" stage 4 route!

luckily, the guy that made it almost 6 years ago is gonna stand behind his work and fix it for free :D

Seems like once you get some grip you start really pullin on the other cars. Props on the driving skills though.

#267576 thanks fellas. MOST of the time it gets decent traction, the run against the 240 just wasn't one of those times :lol: I do run Mickey Thompson ET Streets

its got a GSR tranny w/ 98' Spec Type R LSD and 4.785 final drive. they're way short gears for a motor that only revs to 7k rpms. I go through the quarter traps in 5th gear @ 6k rpms. car will literally only go 130ish with 5th gear maxed out

got the rest of my exhaust ran and out the back of the car. it's now full length 3" straight pipe and sounds awesome!!!
