i am currently waiting on insurance to inspect the vehicle.

if all is well...i might have a nice update for u guys

Been noticing a smell of oil recently.

Looked underneath today and found out 8 have a oil leak on the back of the motor.
I think its coming from the pvc box.

I cleaned it all up and i am going to bring it to my boys muffler shop tomorrow to fund out where its coming from.

I had to file a police report and i did file a claim with their insurance.

I just hope that no bullshit happens and i end up having to pay myself

- Mon Jun 01, 2015 4:56 am #353988 So after a long dispute with the insurance company, they decided that they will not be paying to fix it. After i provided them pictures and everhthing too.

Kinda pissed off but hey, she'll get whats coming.

On the other note, i broke my bys rep lip and put on a replica ex lip that was given to me for xmas.i will take pics tomorrow to post.

Sorry i havent been up on this thread. Been having a lot of things going on. Hopefully i will update this thread some mpre within the next month.

I do have a oil leak that i suspect is coming from the rear main seal. I dont wanna dump anymore money into this engine right now. Im going to be using some additives to bopefully slow or remove the leak temporarily. Will change the rms when its due for a clutch

- Tue Jun 02, 2015 12:43 am #353997 I have a oil leak ans my oil pan was drenched. I suspected it to be the oil pan gasket since there was a cheap aftermarket one installed.

I cleaned everything up, did a oil change with a oem oil pan gasket and used a bit of honda bond as recommended.

After driving for another 2 day, i lifted the car back up. Oil leak still there. It seems to be between the oilpan and the tranny (reason why i suspect the rms)

I went to a local kragens and saw something called "bars rear main seal repair".

Did some research and found that ppl were happy with the product.

I just bought. Bottle and added it to my oil. Hopefully it bandaids the leak for a bit until i have to change the clutch....or if i find a swap for a good price

It says to use a bottle every other oil change or 6k miles.
Imma try it for a couple oil change cycles and hopefully it slows down or stops the leak.

Im not normally a fan of additives but i hope this one works :)
