- Sun Feb 21, 2010 6:48 pm #176799 Here, when you get on a dyno and the wheels are turning the rollers it comes out as WHEEL hp. Engine hp is when the motor is put on a Engine dyno. Spinning throught the wheels measures what power goes to the wheels. After the drivetrain loss.

They measure the wheel hp, but they recalculate it to Ehp. In Europe nobody cares about Whp. Ehp is like a standart here.

i got a d16a6 :eh: :D
It runned very poor, on a 1.5 computer (ECU)
I tuned it by someone who is very populair by the Hnda drivers, and when i was yesterday on the dyno, the guy (who tunes also, a rival of him) told me that the tune was not very good... he collapse @ 5200RPM, i got 114 HP before the tune, now 126HP :thumb:

Hope i say it all right..

its sounds dumb to take a WHP #, and then closely GUESS the BHP for a result. that makes NO SENSE.


I understand this is not your doing, its just what they do over there..

Oh a D16a6, still excellent numbers! Seems like the guy knows what he does.
