When taking it for a test drive along a country road theres a strange clanking/knocking noise which i suspect to be the driveshaft but my brother says different. I need to get a gear stick gator and a new gear knob. The bulb was just a loose connection so thats all cool. My main concerns are brakes and the noise but apart from that everythings sound :)

- Tue Mar 17, 2009 6:22 pm #103930 ok just a wee update, new bushes on the n/s front arm and seems to have fixed the knocking. Theres still a sound of metal on metal sliding passed each other but can't quite tell where its coming from.

The engines running strange atm. Idle is too high and when you suddenly put your foot down on the accelerator pedal the revs go dangerously low to cutting out then go back to high idling? And when putting the foot right down in first gear it just doesn't wanna go really, ah mean it does go but doesn't rev high. :?

Got a black "type R" gear knob for it looks a shit load better than the standard 1 lol pics will follow.

Not much been happening to my car either, making some annoying intermittent noises I can't track down. Apart from that just seriously swapped at uni only got 3 weeks left and a sh*t load of stuff to get finished. Seems like a repeating excuse lol.

Do you mean you can't look through all the builds or just all of mine because of my 'beautiful' paint work lol. :D
