What year is your B18? The VC you have there is a OBD-II VC. I'm not sure if it will sit right on the OBD-I head, if that's what you're running. But don't take my word as truth, I've never tried to put an OBD-II VC on an OBD-I head.

mine is obd1 from a 95 teg none the less....and it will fit ive seen it done and everything matches up so im good there

-first off got screwed over a bit in many different ways but the main one is in my cars alignment finally got some good tires again so going friday hopefully to get the car completely aligned...

-I have my LS still but im not completely sure if i want to keep it....

-And i just semi swapped in another motor this time its a Z6 again

havent had a Z6 in my car since well my white si took the one i had away lol....



And getting ready for a long and rocky road creating ym own guage cluster....



hopefully soon i may have enough money to get the ls swapped in or if i can sell it may go turbo or at least try again to go turbo lol

- Thu Jan 28, 2010 4:21 pm #171721 ill be making a diy shortly depending on if what i am thinking and hopeing works (i.e. just useing the screws for the speedo and spacers witht the signal wires and stuff attatched....and the gas guage i may have to cut down the spare i have sitting around aw well....

so basically you are just cuttin out parts of the cluster that aint needed and adding what you want in there? then just running wires from the cluster then each individual gague?! that is cool you will have to make a custom plate for that back, right?

- Fri Jan 29, 2010 2:27 am #171816 the vc will fit just fine. Just need to plug the hole in the middle of the new vc. Its for the pvc system on the obd2 motors. Friend put it on his DA teg motor. I believe an OIL drain plug works just fine.

The B is in thought i would take it easy that lasted all of ohh 5miles lol made sure everything was all right drove her around for about an hour had a quick pic with Codys white 4dr(3ekklasia or however you spell it lol) but yea she runs like it was a brand new motor. and shifts amazing. I am horribly lucky lol.....

but besides that i got myself a cdm jdm 3spoke non abs steering wheel.

so everythings installed i will have a more detailed update with pictures up shortly i just gotta get outa work and do some small things then when i have free time im gonna get some pictupdates for all those who care lol.....

- Fri Mar 12, 2010 12:33 am #180759 So guess i left the best for last for right now lol because my next couple of upgrades will be dealing with updateing my tired 15yr old suspension......

so far ive gotten blox adjustable toe bars since i couldnt find other then honda that had any my bushings in mine are shot. im planning on lowering it from 4x4 mode but i wanna keep it conservative i want to be able to get my jack underneath it so probably 1.5" drop or so....but anywho thats later on now im going to just post the pics of the progression of my b series swap and so enjoy....


the z6 harness i mutilated for my b series custom harness....


slowly working on the harness took 3 days total to extend and route everything properly...

Almost there....the bitch and i still think i ned to do some adjustments is the radiator hoses i used where integra i have a civic radiator so the hoses had to be clamped and i think the botom still may leak a bit not sure still checking day to day.... anyhow

And a quick pic with 3kkl3sia's 4dr first nite i took it out he wanted to see how i was and yea i enjoye that night i thought id take it out for a couple minutes and the minutes turned into an hour lol but all in all twas a great nite and made me happier than ever to see my car up and going again.....how it deserves to be



And yea nite pics not that great but ohhh well......and yea thats a 4dr hood on my 3dr. it fits and gaps are off but i cant seem to find a 2/3dr hood anywhere around here sucks.....but enjoy the pictures all you picture craving eg'ers
