- Tue Dec 01, 2009 6:52 am #159273 ok so ive had my car for about 4yrs now and havnt drivin it for almost 2. i got really attached to it i guess .. so i couldnt get rid of it.

when i first got it it wasnt to horrible looking had some flaws but i got it for a good deal .

shortly after geting it i started doing small things but never really got to far with it .

long story short i got hit by one of my neighbors and that put a huge halt to really getting things done .



so here i go im gonna start this thread in hopes of remotivating myself to get "my car " done. tho i havent been just doing nothing with it for the past year i have been putting some time into it just not as much as i should ..
so hopefully my build will keep growing slowly and try not beat me up if you see somthing you dont like cause if all goes as i hope it does things will be changing for the better intsted collecting more dust ...more pics soon .

figured i should put up a list of fun parts & mods.

D16z6 swap painted valve cover
polished intake and exhaust ports
LS throttle body (freebe) manifold port matched
inline fuel cooler
Earls stainless steel braided fuel line
No name intake
DNX header
DNX mid piping ans resonator
straight flow style cat.
short throw shifter
ebay aluminum radiator.
front & rear / upper and lower tower bars + c-pillar bar
racing seats
GT steering wheel
Viper alarm

ex/si gauge cluster
gsr blades

coin and cup mod
wire tuck
shaved bay..... almost done
interior gutted floor striped..... textured and painted black
heater and ducting removed


think thats about it. i might remember more little things later

tried a few things
turned out lookn nice but still wanted more so after a few months of not driving it. i started this
and now im to this point shaved than laid down a quik & temp. coat of primer to stop some rust from shoing up & trying to get motivation back .

its a stock D16z6 with intake and full exhaust (except muffler) .


this is it after i painted my valvecover since this pic. i have got a new d16z6 intake mani. deburred the inside the best that i could turnd out ok ill post pics of is eventually .

as for the huge dent on the side its been pulled for the most part but it aint perfect so i hope to find a straight rear 1/4 . soon.

the fenders where black cause they were new at the time of the pic. but have since been primered and my car looks forward to its rsx vivid blue paint soon hopefully .

IMO it turned out like crap and i got some junk in the clear so it needs a wet sand. so ill be doing it over and ill be
doing it 50/50 paint scheme with this color blue and silver not sure
when tho .

finally got some more time to work on my car.
sanded everything and sprayed with self etching primer still got a few spots to get on this side but almost there.

decided to work it in sections cause i never get allot of time at once to work

slip getting into my engine bay and almost broke my head and did bend the crap outa my stock fuel line but had planed
on replacing it any way
