Civic EG

Im looking to boost my 92 civic dx hatch, it has a d16z6 in it right now. I was looking at buying this turbo kit http://www.go-autoworks-store.com/goprokit.html with the garret t3/t4 57 trim .63 a/r turbo charger. If i bought this kit would i need anything elese? or would i be all set?

Bigger injectors, a walboro 255 fuel pump, and a chipped ECU so you can get it tuned. The turbo kit is, in all honestly, pretty worthless if you don't get your car tuned.

Size your injectors according to your horsepower goals, and always err towards bigger, you can always tune them back, but once you max them out, you can't go higher.

Talk to your tuner for chipping options and go with whatever he tunes with.

i was going to get it tuned, i just wanted to install the kit myself and he can do the tunning, im new to all this, thanks for your suggestion ill look into that now.

Pretty sure all you will need to compliment that kit is injectors, fuel pump, and a chipped ecu. Talk to Greg (go-autoworks) he can hook you up with a fuel pump and injectors to meet your power goals. The customer service is amazing.

and a fuel pressure regulator and guage there good things to have


other things like mounts, traction bars, and good clutch and a lsd never hurt either

Damn I knew I forgot something, definitely invest in a Fuel pressure regulator and guage. The other stuff is just icing on the cake, to help you keep that power where you want it ... on the ground. But the injectors, pump, etc. will complete the kit and allow you to install it and have it run properly.
