Interesting but in my opinion; stick to what you know works. There's no lubricant in existance that doesn't need to be changed.

ehh i wouldnt trust it
not only does oil lube the shaft
it absorbs heat and prolongs the life ot the turbo
if i ever run turbo imma have a water and oil cooled turbo!

Keep in mind this turbo has ceramic bearings, so it doesn't sop up the heat quite as bad. But I know what you meant.

plus you'd have to change the grease out too probably ever so often. I like the idea of cooler oil passing through the turbo, then just relying on the ball bearing and high temp grease, to absorb some heat.
