Pro & cons of D16Z6 boosted or H22 boosted?

Guessing you haven't gotten much response because the question is kind of vague.
D16z6 = cheaper, H22 = more expensive.
D16z6 = less power, H22 = more power.
To give you a better answer, we'll need to know your HP goal, what you'll be using the car for and what is your budget.
