So about 5 years ago I had a CRX and I love this car. Like you I invested lots of money, time, and labor on the car.
As much as I enjoyed working on it and driving it, the car would leave me stranded at times. The stupidest things would happen to me. It was very fustrating.
Then one day, about 2 weeks after I had just put in a 6 puck clutch and 7.5 lbs. flywheel. I was driving to work and some douche driving an accord hit me on the passenger fender. Of course to top it all off he had no insurance.
The accident was so bad that the axles pushed into the transmission and cracked the case.
I ended up parting out the car and made about $1,500.00 dollars with what was left of the car.
Today, I wish I would have never sold it. I had a lot of good times in that car that made up for the bad. I have owned 3 more crx's and ef's since that car and it just fustrates me that I have to start all over again.
The moral of the story...
I know you love this car just by the way you post it on this forum. You will regret it. I did.
Hope I helped.
