- Tue Aug 04, 2009 8:11 pm #135427 so the hot side charge pipe has to be custom bent and i need a full 3" exhaust so i'm waiting until tomorrow to trailer it to the exhaust shop and define it as a "race car" :lol: that way i don't have to bother with the catalyst stuff. my car is registered at the beach so i don't ever need to worry about emissions :thumb:

more updates in a week or so.....

Agreed. I Feel like a douche cause i keep saying that im gonna go and then i end of flakin...lol. but still, i will do everything i can to goto the next one even if it ends up being like 3 cars haha.

I envy all the guys on here with the time/knowhow/garage/tools to rip apart and rebuild their cars. I've been fine so far doing little things to my cars (brakes, leaks, minor suspension work, etc.) but big things like fixing Honda rust, emptying the engine bay...those are well beyond me haha.

thanks man, it was quite a big undertaking and i'd never done it before but luckily i have a 2nd car, a shop, tools and good mechanic skills to pull this off, i was kinda iffy on the bottom end but she runs like a top, little leaks i'm still trying to find tho... you will have a chance, just bust out that manual and get to work!

heh i just kidding :P i'm so stoked to get it dyno tuned, i hope i don't blow anything in the process like a main bearing or the turbo is shot

but here it was yesterday...be back by the weekend hopefully!
