Both the electrical connections on the d/s and p/s window regulator/actuator and the power lock actuators will be different USDM vs. JDM. If re-using your USDM harness then you will also want to disassemble the JDM harness for the power folding mirror wires. For the door lock actuator, you don't need to remove the whole thing - just swap out the piece at the end of the connector... there's 3 or 4 tiny screws. And yeah - you need to swap in your USDM window actuators to the JDM doors. Actually - have you thought about why you're even installing the JDM doors? They are actually less safe than USDM - they are missing an impact safety beam or two. You could just swap the bronze glass.
The reason behind the door itself is my USDM doors have some rust beginning on the lower part of the door from water leaking down...and there is damage on the doors.
The impact beams are in the doors. I saw that earlier today. I've heard that before, and thought it to be true. The JDM driver door has the impact beam, so then i checked the USDM driver door (passenger JDM door) and it also had the beam. Not sure about the rear doors as i didn't look, but i took a pic of it earlier today.
I have already swapped over the harness and the actuators today, and i already pulled the entire lock mechanism from the USDM door

.
The glass isn't back in the door yet, but mostly everything else is so far.
