The kid couldn't get the money so I got a lawyer and we r resolving it in court... he's fucked cus he got a ticket so imma win no matter what sooooooo.... just waiting to see when is the court date

The asshole of a lawyer that they gave me refered me to another lawyer because his firm can't reprisent me and that other lawyer he referd me to wants 40% of the settlement thats almost half of the settlement due to him being a "civil lawyer"

Basically no lawyer wants me unless if I pay out of pocket witch ain't gonna happen... so I have court date next month with small claims and then after that I have to sew them for the 20% of P.I.P that I have to pay the insurance I have...

That's where I'm @ right now... I feel a lot better and hope this gets resolved soon

my car has been @ the shop for some time now and I went to go check it out with my pops on Saturday b4 we got there we stoped by the speedshop that I always go to... my pops was talking to the owner and orderd a shit load of parts for what I thought was for his car...

When he was finnished we went to the shop where they had my car down the street...when we got there I noticed they were working on her... I was confused and pissed because I never told them to worrk on the car ever... so as we walk in the shop my dad turns to me pats me on the head and says "merry late xmas buddy"

I was like "how the hell am I ever gonna repay u for this"???
He was like "don't worry about it we will get it from the asshole who hit u"...

The car looks like it was hit by a airplane from the side...if u recall I was gonna redo the passenger qt pannel... and the front is being replaced also from where I got hit...[/url]

I'm sooo stoked I havnt drove my car sense the accident...they say it should be ready by next Monday... and they do awsome work... they worked on my dads 3series beemer and it came really good...
