Sup guys im trying to swap my d15b7 engine for a d15b vtec...now my question is can i swap a jdm d15b and still use my stock engine harness on the jdm d15b engine?

you will need to wire vtec into your engine harness, or get an engine harness out of any 92-95 Civic Si or EX, or any 93-95 Delsol Si.

You can do that. You just have to get a VTEC ECU and then find a guide on how to do it. There are three pins going to the ECU that have to have wires added and then connected to various parts/plugs to make VTEC work. I don't remember how because wiring intimidates me so I had someone else do it for me.
