This issue is only PRESENT on WARMING up.

Just at start up the revs goes up to 2000 rpm. 10 secs later.
the RPM starts to die and revs at 400 or lower and somes times die.

The condition of the RPM is very low 250 RPM or lower until the motor is
warm up. As the motor wams up the RPM gradually improves.

Once the motor is warm. The car runs in excelent conditon. RPM revs at
740 @ idle and slightly less with acessories. until the next warmup :(

I have throughly clean out the fast idle valve, I also clean out the IACV valve,

I also tested the throttle body ports. tested and found .
I started the car and the conditon of low RPM started, I found that
there were no air vaccum coming from the lower port the lower port
infront of the thottle plate. I belive there should beem vaccum there
for the port is connected to the fast idle valve, and as the cold start
is operated by the fast idle valve.

I seem the system is failling to command the fast idle valve to operate
during warming up period.

any clue and hits would be appreciated.

Uhh get a new fast idle valve.... $57 at honda!!
